Artichoke dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 oz) can of artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup parmasean cheese
Directions:

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or melba toasts.
